中三の時、無免許でスーパーカブを乗っていると、「とまれぇ～、とまらんかぁ～」と叫ぶ声。追いかけてくる駐在のおまわりさんを振り切ったバイクの速さに感動。
高校時代に乗っていたスズキのＴ５００では、２ストの加速と中古車ならではの面倒をタップリと堪能した。
社会人になってからは、中古のＣＢ７５０Ｋ１、ＣＢ７５０FA、ＶＦ１０００Ｒと乗り継ぎ、現在はＧＳＸ－Ｒ１１００を所有。
